Description
The FUJIFILM X-H2S is a flagship hybrid mirrorless camera that merges professional photo and video capabilities in a rugged, intuitive body. Featuring a new stacked sensor, advanced autofocus, and robust video specs, it’s designed for creators demanding speed, flexibility, and premium image quality.
Stacked Sensor & 64-Bit Processing
At its core, the 26.1MP APS-C X-Trans 5 Stacked BSI sensor delivers high readout speeds, reduced rolling shutter, and superior low-light performance. The X-Trans color filter minimizes moiré while preserving natural tones, and the back-illuminated design improves noise control and tonal richness. Powered by the new 64-bit X-Processor 5, performance is up to three times faster than the X-T4—enabling 6.2K video, ProRes 422 HQ recording, and 240 fps Full HD slow motion. Still shooters benefit from rapid burst rates: up to 40 fps with the electronic shutter (140 uncompressed RAWs) or 15 fps mechanically (over 1000 RAWs per burst). The processor also supports AI-assisted autofocus, 14-stop dynamic range, and ISO 160–12800 sensitivity.
Professional Video Performance
The X-H2S excels as a hybrid video system, offering internal 10-bit 4:2:2 recording in DCI/UHD 4K at up to 120p, Full HD at 240p, and open-gate 6.2K/30p in 3:2 format—ideal for anamorphic use. It supports H.265 and Apple ProRes 422 HQ/422/422 LT codecs, with recording times up to 90 minutes. Through its full-size HDMI Type-A port, the camera can output ProRes RAW or Blackmagic RAW up to 6.2K when paired with compatible external recorders. F-Log and F-Log2 gamma profiles preserve dynamic range for flexible color grading.
Refined Autofocus & Stabilization
The hybrid AF system uses 425 phase-detection points and is sensitive to -7 EV. Deep learning algorithms enable advanced subject recognition—including human faces/eyes (even with glasses or masks) and animals, birds, cars, motorcycles, planes, and trains. Enhanced tracking ensures precision during fast action and unpredictable motion. The 5-axis in-body image stabilization system compensates up to 7 stops, working seamlessly with all XF and XC lenses. For video, digital stabilization can be added for smoother handheld results.
Ergonomic & Durable Design
Built for professionals, the X-H2S features a high-resolution 5.76M-dot OLED EVF with 0.8x magnification and a 3.0” 1.62M-dot vari-angle touchscreen for flexible shooting angles. A top-plate 1.28” monochrome status display provides quick access to key settings. Dual card slots include one CFexpress Type B (for high-bitrate video and burst shooting) and one SD UHS-II (for backups or secondary storage). The NP-W235 battery delivers up to 720 shots per charge in Economy Mode. Its weather-sealed magnesium alloy body ensures reliability in challenging environments.

Proposition 65
WARNING: This product may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
Attention to all California residents, Proposition 65 or officially known as, the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a law that requires warnings be provided to California consumers when they might be exposed to chemicals identified by California as causing cancer or reproductive toxicity. The warnings are intended to help California consumers make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals from the products they use. The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program and publishes the listed chemicals, which includes more than 850 chemicals. August 2016, OEHHA adopted new regulations, to go into effect on August 30, 2018, which changes the information that is required in or on Proposition 65 warnings.
We want you to know and be aware of our product safety and Woodward Camera is taking all of the necessary steps to comply with the applicable safety and health requirements made by this Proposition 65.
